I’ve been a customer of Mainline Autobody for many years and have always been satisfied with the quality and customer service provided by your staff. While satisfied in the past, I never considered writing to you until now, because recent events were accomplished in an outstanding manner. Allow me to explain. Recently, I was in Cottage Hospital in Santa Barbara with heart problems. My wife was driving down Castillo Street in Santa Barbara to visit me and was involved in an accident. She drove the car to Mainline and your staff immediately realized the trauma that my wife was in and took charge of the situation. They made all the arrangements with the insurance company, the vendors and equally important, with us.
