Dear Mainline,
I picked up my car yesterday and I was so pleased with the total experience at Mainline that I had to let you know. You have got one hot staff of professionals, all working in concert to produce one thing and one thing only: A happy customer. Everybody I came in contact with went way out of their way to do whatever it took to do the job right. I take my hat off to you. Write a book (maybe you already have!), tell others how to do what you have done. I don’t know how else to say it – I am so pleased.
